If you've recently changed your password (or if it has expired without your knowledge) and find that you can't use your email anymore on a phone or tablet, follow the steps below to verify it is set correctly and update it.
1. Go to Settings>Mail>Accounts
2. Open your work email account. Usually this is called "Exchange" (NOT Exchange Activesync)
3. If the top of the screen says Re-enter password, tap on that to be taken to a sign-on page where you can enter your updated password.
4. If your password has changed or expired without your knowledge, contact the Helpdesk
