1: Open Microsoft Outlook
2: Click the “Search Archive” button in the top right corner.
3: After you click that, there should be a window prompting you to log in.
4: Log in using your email address and password.
5: After logging in successfully, you should be able to search for emails that are already archived by searching for any piece of text, the sender, the recipient, the date, etc. Use the fields provided in the search window.
6: After entering in you search criteria the resulting messages will be displayed below the search fields. You can then click on pertinent messages to display them.
