Quick steps
- On a PC or tablet, visit outlook.office.com and sign in using your work email and password.
If you don't know your password, click here for instructions to perform a password reset. If you can't perform a self-service reset, contact IT support. - After signing in, click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner, then search for or navigate to Storage.
- Under Storage, you can choose to automatically delete older emails—for example, messages older than 3, 6, or 12 months.
- Alternatively, if you prefer not to bulk-delete, you can archive or delete individual emails manually. This allows you to retain important messages while still freeing space.
Once you’ve cleared enough space, new emails will start arriving again automatically.
